1. Acting as leading counsel in China for tens of foreign companies investing in China, incorporating WFOE, JV, and RO, familiar with corresponding approval and administrative government authorities such as MOFCOM, Beijing/Chaoyang/Haidian Bureau of Commerce, BAIC and SAIC, committees of industrial parks, State/Beijing Development and Reform Commission, MIIT, SIPO, Trademark Bureau, NCAC, CNNIC, etc.

2. Acting as legal counsel for FIEs in China, providing legal services on corporate governance, drafting legal documents such as contracts regarding issues like purchase and sale, licensing, assignment, employment, etc.
